Hotel Swissôtel The Stamford – lake district

I was here during my quarantine period. I must say was lucky enough to get a room with fantastic view and room was well maintained however the service and food provided have to be improved on. Delivery of food takes forever to come and was never on time, bed linens and fresh towel change needed reminders.. 5 stars for the view but 1 star for the service.

Really very poor service they did, am stay 15days there for quarantine, totally disappointed with their service, if we call reception for any needs, they won't ans the call, and won't call back too. Food was average, room was quite big and comfortable, otherwise all terrible, 3star hotel much better in my experience. Better for 1day stay.

Really friendly staff. I stayed here for 2 weeks on my stay-home-notice. The burger was a disappointment. The 'bacon' was 3 thick slabs of spam, and it didn't come with the home-made coleslaw as promised. The fries were really cold but I suppose it could be better if I wasn't on SHN. No bathrobe :( great view!

Been to this hotel for couple of times, not much changes for the room service and meals. Recently during my SHN i requested no mushroom due to allergies for my daughter and everytime i will receive my meals with it. I ask for kids meal during my first day but was told to order as hotel doesn't serve meal for infant. However, throughout the whole process, they actually call and try to improve. There is also pros for this hotel which is quite spacious for 1+1. Nice view from the balcony and receptionist is very friendly.

Amazing view of the Marina Bay Sands! 😍 Centrally located and easily accessible to other main attractions.

Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. Very centrally located near Marina Bay and the Quays, good views from the balconies. Price is generally fair. The hotel does not get 5 star from me simply because breakfast and internet are charged extra whereas many other similar hotels have them included. However, there is plenty food options right outside the hotel, you don't need to worry about that.

I attended my nephew's wedding banquet at the Stampford Ballroom. The whole experience was quite unpleasant. On arrival, there was no parking available. A sign at the entrance said Valet Parking but actually there was no such service. Finally we had to search for parking in another building. Almost an hour wasted just for parking. During the banquet, waiters were not courteous and seemed in a rush to serve and get things over with. When the wedding video was played, quality was bad, and the lights were not dimmed. The music was not properly coordinated. The food also did not taste as good as I thought it would. I will never reccomend this place to anyone for holding a banquet. 👎👎👎

Did my 2 week quarantine here, staff were excellent and ended up with a bay facing high floor which was a bonus

Did my SHN here and staff were very accommodating to all requests. Definitely hope to come back for staycay.

Everything is great during my 10 days quarantine staycation. Awesome people and assistance too.
