All in all a good experience. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was spotless...though the carpet could do with being renewed. Food was delicious...a set menu due to being part of a package...but still excellent quality. Very good value for money.

Worst hotel on the planet. Asked for 2 double beds, was given 1 double bed. Same room had a broken heater when it was actually snowing outside. Changed room and there was blood on one of the bed sheets. Waited 40 mins for this to be changed so eventually had to call reception again to get this changed which it was eventually, bearing in mind it was near 2am in the morning. Next day we moved rooms and this time the shower was not working. The shower pipe had been cut and water gushing all over the place. Cutting a long story short I was told by the manager a day and a half later that I would get a call from her (Jamie lee) and that I would get a refund for the room. Its been 2 weeks and no phone call and no refund. I would not go back to them even if they paid me to stay there. I've wasted hours phoning them and still no manager call back or refund. Avoid this place. Utter shambles and not worth spending a single penny on a room.
