Stayed here over the Easter long weekend with my husband and 2 children. It was the BEST experience. The staff, the ambiance, the room (one bedroom suite) and restaurants where amazing. Simply amazing! The amenities where excellent as well. The hotel hosted so many activities for the kids which was great. The adults got to do wine tasting and it was fun. The staff over the long weekend where just great. Nothing was a hassle or too hard. They went above and beyond to help and provide assistance every way possible. The room service was on point. The hotel was so incredibly clean. Definitely coming back, definitely recommending this hotel to everyone we know and definitely coming back! Thank you for making our Easter long weekend so memorable 💙

Disappointed with the service and the facilities. Booked the hotel for the swimming pool but then after long day exploring the city, going to the swimming pool, it closed! Called receptionist and told that pool closed at 4PM and will open 8AM tomorrow morning. Need to book for tomorrow but the receptionist can not even help to book for swimming pool. Decided to have a soak in the bath, no soap, no salt, no nothing. Asked for bath salt, hotel also don’t have. Lobby smelled nice and fancy, but my mistake not reading the reviews earlier before booked. Things that was planned to do enjoying their so called 5 stars hotel, does not come with a 5 stars facilities unfortunately. Booked for One bedroom suite Room. It was not up to the stars. Carpet and sofa are dirty, looks old and feels old. Let see with breakfast tomorrow morning. Some have complained too at reviews. Also about parking, when I check in, the receptionist told me it was free for guest, but reading at review, apparently they charged and then refund it. Hopefully there will no other excuse to be disappointed tomorrow.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Booked a suite which was very spacious, neat and tidy. Torsten was an absolute gem making the whole stay a smooth and happy one; he met all queries with a smile and provided us with everything we needed. Had room service for both breakfast and dinner, all meals arrived much quicker than estimated and were all hot and very delicious. We had a bit of a mix up with parking in the underground car park where we were charged $20 for a day parking. When we asked about exciting/entering the car park it was made clear that we were not supposed to be charged as we were guests of the hotel. The manger ended up refunding one of our room service meals in compensation which was more than the amount we had paid for parking. Absolutely outstanding service, will be stay here again in the future and will be recommending to friends and family.

Great location, very modern, variety of restaurants, exceptional staff and service. Only lost a star because the penthouse is disappointingly small. Visited for a wedding and was so surprised, I've stayed in bigger suites. The functionality of the curtains and lights were dreadful too, nothing worked and two technicians had to come and try get the curtains opened and the lights on. Sometimes going full tech can not be as effective as a simple light switch. Carpark was okay, easy enough to navigate and park, and plenty of lobby waiting area seating.

Attended a two day conference hosted by the AAUS, this place is amazing, from the time you roll up to the front door and walk into the main foyer. The staff are dressed sharply, friendly and very good at their jobs. The facilities are nice and the function area is HUGE! Loaded with tech for a great function. I hear the hotel rooms are amazing as well but I didn’t stay there.
