Our family loved our 2-nights stay in this heritage hotel. Considering the age of the hotel, they are able to maintain and keep the hotel cleanliness. It’s a unique type of accommodation as you’ll learn more about its history . The hospitality of the staff both in the hotel and Jamison View restaurant is superb! We also loved our 3-course dinner in the restaurant - one of the best 3-course we had! My daughter loved the kiddie meal too. Our stay made even more special by enjoying the live entertainment (piano) - thanks Alan (the pianist) for playing our requested song. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back in Blue Mountains.

From the moment we walked into the motel it smelt like it had never been aired. Had an old locked up wet smell, the staff are lovely but unfortunately that's were it stops. We book a premium room pay $1000 for 2 nights, the bed was as old as the building. Rock hard with 5 underlays on it. Pillows were like bricks, shower screen in the bathroom had mould on it. The food was average however, the dining room was not clean windows ledges had food in the groove of the wood, free standing coffee machine that was the worse coffee. Couldn't even get a decent coffee. I have stay in 5 star hotels that are cheaper and provide a better quality of service and rooms. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, 2 night with very little sleep and back pain like I've never had. This establishment needs to redo there online advertising as it's not reflective of the stand it delivers. You can't get breakfast till 8.30 so if you want to make an early start to your day you have to get breakfast elsewhere. For $500 a night you would also think you could get more then just your local channels on the T.V which is also just a basic T.V not a smart T.V . Such a disappointing stay and wast of money, I now understand the book online process with a payment in full and non refundable.

Five star hospitality. We stayed in the mountain view tower suite with balcony and spa which has a good 180 degrees view of the mountain. Room size is enormous with plenty of natural light. Spa is conveniently enjoyable. Breakfast at the Jamison Views Restaurant is very pleasant too as it has great views. Location is also great at the heart of Katoomba. Highly recommended and definitely a covid-safe stay for a family holiday
