Queue at check-in counter was less than expected at 3:30pm. However, the check-in process at the counter could be a lot faster if they remove too many hard paper processes. We booked for 2 twin bed deluxe room but the room was not ready. So, we took king bed deluxe room instead of waiting for another hour to get a room that we preferred. Hotel room was big and felt too empty. Bathroom was big and nice but without bathtub.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, as it’s situated within RWS, with the main attractions and eateries nearby. Checking in process was also quite seamless. However, it was understandably pricey, given the peak period and location. In addition, I felt the hotel staff weren’t professional. Firstly, regarding my enquirers on the multi-attraction package, three different staff gave me three different responses. Secondly, the staff were very casual when communicating with the guests. For example, the restaurant servers were taking orders like you are in a coffee shop. Definitely not befitting of a 5 Star hotel. A 3.5 out of 5 star experience for me.

Stayed in room interconnecting rooms that allowed partial view of the USS in Aug 2020 and we could hear faint screams coming from the red/blue roller coasters if we stand on the balconies. The room was good and spacious and connected to the rest of the RWS. A good place to consider for overnight as part of the visit to USS/SEA aquarium. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Sentosa.

Decided to book Hotel Michael for staycation this year since we can’t travel overseas. The price of the room was reasonable. As I had plans to propose to my girlfriend, the hotel suggested to upgrade my stay to a deluxe suite. I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful for the great hospitality! Would definitely come back again!

Very poor check-in process. It seems like Fire Drilling. We reached 1pm here. It took more than 1 hrs to do check-in. They told check-in in time is 3pm. So we went for a walk and come back at 3pm. They gave us a token and says it will take another 60 minutes because we need three rooms in the same floor even though we have made prior booking online. What kind of nonsense/ridiculing service we received even before we start using the facility. People are here waiting like a refugees those who seeking for asylums. The staff are calling their guest by token numbers like prisoners. Very disappointed. Very irritated.

2/ 5

Relatively clean rooms but cigarette smelling corridors even if you stayed in non-smoking room. Severely understaffed. Existing staff unable to cope with the customer load. They try their best but most times can only apologise. Check-in was tedious even with the auto check-in machine. Rooms took relatively long to get ready and probably longer without following up. First time staying in a hotel that we can’t get through to front desk/ in-room dining / room service on the phone. I had to go to the hotel reception to get anything because we can’t speak to anyone via the phone. I was informed they only had 2 operators serving 6 hotels. We never had this problem even 3 star hotels so this is really far from a 5 stars hotel service. Swimming pool are fully booked for days so forget about enjoying the pool. Overall, perhaps unless you are here to gamble, other hotels in Sentosa would be more worthwhile.

Is a nice hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially, for the gym when you book the slot and the whole of the room is allocated to me when I happen to book the last slot

Generally the checkin part took 4ever long and was first ever negative experience for us even when book online. But there are ample seats one can read while waiting.John, the receptionist is very patient and friendly and approachable.Twin deluxe rooms are good for family of 4 to fit in as it is 2 super single beds.Room is clean - well done housekeeping.Do take that swimming pool slots need to book in advance for those keen.Hotel management should review price for additional breakfast set as now that it is not buffer - the price shouldnt be at $32 as definitely overpriced. Thank you and hope for better experience in near future.

I haven't started my stay but already off to a bad start with a terrible check in service. I've taken a queue number and waiting for 40 minutes. In the time I've been waiting, the queue number only jumped twice. They have automated check-in machine which I was unable to use because my reservation information cannot be found. From what I understand from the staff, it's because my confirmation number does not match my name on my ID. It's not surprising given that there are 3 different confirmation numbers tied to my reservation. From what I can see during my 40 minutes wait, I'm not the one who faces the same issue. I've not seen anyone use the check in machine successfully yet. Still waiting... And I'm reaching the end of my check in time slot. This is with all the covid restrictions, makes you wonder how the hotel functioned when in full peak service. 😵

Room is great with 2 double beds with half-filled toiletries, pls bring yr own hair conditioner and body moisturizer..as they are not provided. Chamber boys were nice to ask if we need drinking water along the corridor, 👍. Check-in & Marketing were shamefully presented until a gentleman at the sub-counter assisted with our check-in. Universal Studio Tix's bought for the Halloween night was not honour due to staff event on the night itself. Then why give fake marketing with promotion, aft purchase & arrival to know its not honoured. Such thief. U.S. closed at 4pm on Halloween evening; a real lowly shame.
