Hotel Mi – lake district

Best hotel in the area of cheap hotels. Modern room with decent amenities. Being in the same floor as the pool is a bonus if you love the water. Otherwise, ask for a higher floor room to enjoy extra privacy.

I stayed alone at the hotel for two weeks for SHN, my initial thoughts were the room is very tiny. The room was not cleaned well and the toilet bowl has stains. I had to deal with cockroaches on two separate nights during my stay. The food was really bad. I'm pure vegetarian and they gave me non vegetarian food twice. They did not let me cancel my food order. So I had to pay for that everyday even though I bought food from outside everyday. The people at the front desk were quite rude when I called them and did not respond properly to me. I had to wait almost 2 hours for checkout . They gave me a call at 11:45 informing me of checkout and I was not able to leave till almost 2pm . I know this sounds like a very exaggerated review but this is what I had to face while staying there and I just want others to make more informed decisions about staying here. The only people who were nice were the security and the people passing on the things which my parents brought me. One time they almost lost my food that my dad brought and gave it to me an hour and a half later after me calling them 3 times about it. Very bad experience.

Hotel is located very close to Subway ' Bencoolen ' station. It's very convenient to go somewhere else. There are supermarket / food court around. Very easy to go to attractive places by walking. The staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel smell very good. What I don't like : · My room door and my bathroom door has locked itself several times. For room door the hotel sent staffs for fix it but after I called them 2 times and for bathroom door , the reception gave me an advice to help myself by using coin to open the door. I really didn't suppose to have this situation by 4 stars hotel.

The hotel was excellent. Great location, right in the center of the city, a step from the subway, the stop, the main street, shops, restaurants you want, but the accommodation itself is quiet, nothing can be heard from the city noise, otherwise there is no city noise. Singaporeans were very relaxed. Already on arrival, he felt that precision, clarity, and sophistication were important here. There was a fantastic scent in the hotel skyline, in every room, on every level, even in the elevator. Room is relatively small but fantastic space utilization. A bit uncomfortable, but not because of the hotel room. The equipment is excellent, everything you need. It is important to highlight the staff, they are very friendly, helpful and helpful. They helped with everything we asked for. Breakfast was at a neighboring restaurant, no distance, choice was right and food was fine. The gym is equipped with high-quality machines, obviously not everything, but anyone who wants to do sports can do. The pool is quiet cold , but you may need it in those very warm weather.

Very nice hotel i stay 1 week in couple room. Good services. Tv refrigerator locker hair dryer hot water kettle a/c etc.. provided... very nice toilet n bathroom

Feel that this is really a simple budget hotel for those on a budget , better not have high expectations from this hotel

Got a 3pax rm for 2pax QO. Basic needs are met including WiFi. Meals are delivered on time. A pleasant stay. Thanks and staysafe

I stayed here as part of the Quarantined Order. Initially thought it was going to be a bad experience cos the room was basic and small. But it has been a good experience. Although room was small, it was clean and functional. I did deliveries now and then and the food was always promptly brought up to my room. Front desk was polite and friendly each time i called about meals or top up of toiletries. Nearing the end of my stay here, hotel also gave a small snack. Keep up the good work!
