Lovely hotel, great room, really clean and comfortable. Eve meal was a bit disappointing in the restaurant and I had left by the time breakfast was served, but there are so many choices in that area, that if I stayed again I'd probably go exploring. Staff were diligent, friendly and very helpful.

Our room was great and very centrally located. The service was just okay at the front desk. If the customer service had been a little more friendly and the restaurant up to par I would have given 5 stars. The restaurant was terrible service, and we ate a few meals there out of convenience. The hotel would suggest the restaurant and if you had problems they'd say they don't own it. Even though push heavy on eating there, and it's in the same building.

A great place to stay. Everything is clean and modern. The staff is wonderful. Having a small kitchen and laundry in the room was great. Great location near public transportation and lots of dining within walking distance.

Paid for a superior room which was nice enough but not the biggest. I have paid less and had a bigger room with more facilities in the hotel. Air con didn't seem to work very well, if at all, but plenty windows to open. Staff nice and friendly and allowed us a late check out which was great. Overall nice room and hotel but I wouldn't stay again for the price we paid.

I stayed here a week whilst working locally. Really comfortable room. Not big but comfy and quite. Ironing board about a 1* like something from a kids toy box and metal sticking up but hey small fry stuff. Location is great as very close to center and really quiet atmosphere. Great for work. Didn't eat, drink there. Just room.

We stayed in the Indigo Sweet for 2 nights as it was my Hens night & Wedding Day. The staff were phenomenal!! Adam went above and beyond for us countless times. The reception staff made all the difference and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. It was 2 magical days. The hotel & staff exceeded any expectations I had.

Afternoon tea was great value with a voucher. The service wasn't great but that was down to staffing issues. The person who served us did her best under the circumstances.
