Love this hotel. Spotlessly clean. Our dog always made welcome with treats. Reception staff can't do enough for you especially the wonderful Keeley. Do not disturb sign on your door? Housekeeping leave a bag on your door with loo rolls n clean towels.

Stayed here for 7 days recently for work purposes. It was good, for the price don't think you can get much better really. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was good. Breakfast was good too. It's a bit out of the way of the city centre, but that wasn't an issue for me.

A really nice hotel! In the perfect location for Leeds, right next to a large number of student accommodations for visiting friends or family, just down the road from multiple takeaways with a large verity of cheap and good food - and also just a short walk from some good restaurants too. Just a 15 minute walk at most to the town and train stations (around 30 minutes to the coach station) it's near everything you need in leeds. The staff were very friendly, and gave us 2 keycards for the 2 of us staying in the room. They were very helpful with whatever we needed. Room service was great, even leaving bags of utilities (toilet rolls etc.) on the door handle daily if we put up a Do Not Disturb handle. The room itself was quite nice, a large shower, comfy bed, even a good desk with a spacious wardrobe next to it too. The TV worked just fine, and there were even nice biscuits with the tea. The room was air conditioned well, and the soundproofing was good too.

Cheap hotels are never that great, but this place was absolutely fine. The rooms were a little small, but comfortable. The bathroom door didn't lock, though, which was strange. Wasnt clear if that was by design or if it was broken. Other than that, couldn't complain.

I'm not going to lie, the rooms are very average, the decor, style, size etc isn't great. However, the gent we delt with on arrival was exemplary. His name is Sam. His hospitality was flawless. We were fortunate enough to have him on reception on our return to the room. In our time in Leeds, my car war broken into, we weren't impressed with the room itself, and the hotel was very basic. However, I still feel the need to give 5 stars because Sam was so accommodating. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves, as he takes his job very seriously. The hotel really needs to sort out the drainage system. Our room smelled of sewage. Had it not been for Sam, we wouldn't have stayed. The hotel isn't good enough for the member of staff we experienced.

Most definitely cannot complain about this venue. Clean smart and with all you would need for the price. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great peaceful location not too far from the city centre. Not overly decorated or furnished but it has what you need. No idea about the shower unit as only just arrived but I imagine it will stand up to its purpose.
