Hotel Fairmont Singapore – lake district

I love the elegant and classy design of the hotel room. I also love the sustainable measures that they have taken such as an in-room water dispenser. You can enjoy the view of the city while staying here. Highly recommended!

The service was impeccable from booking all the way to checking out. The staffs were attentive, and Victor at the front desk was extremely helpful and flexible. Upon entering the room, we were gladly surprised, the room was bigger than expected, and it was really clean and comfortable. The view was amazing, and the swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The complimentary birthday cake was delivered to the room, and it was delicious. There was even a birthday card with a nice handwritten message in it. All in all, the overall experience was perfect, would definitely go back again.

Booked a 2d 1n staycation using Accord Plus Benefits from 6 Jan to 7 Jan. . Checking in was a breeze. The staff was polite and helpful and also offered to provide exercise attire for use too. The room is spacious with good view. Will come back again.

Checking in and out is smooth and good. Room is clean and neat. Housekeeping and other services on the phone is courteous and professional. We requested additional slippers and they came within 30 minutes. They even willing to store our half eaten for us. Good food and Great service at Prego. The only downside I encountered is the automated mini fridge. Can't store anything inside as they are built for drinks only. And it is too shallow. We stayed in room 2014 from 24 Dec to 25 Dec. Thanks

The stay was wonderful we booked 2 rooms together with my sister family with a toddler. Breakfast was great and room is spacious too. Definitely a great stay together with my family. Would like to Thank hotel staff Ryan Khoo for his wonderful service and being so attentive. All the staff we have met during our stay they were very friendly and nice. Will come back for our stay again.

Toilet ceiling leaked a little but they got it fixed immediately. Overall, great customer service!

I was a little disappointed with my stay at Fairmont but I've stayed at Fairmont a couple of times in the past and really enjoyed my stay. What hasn't changed is their hospitality, amazing hospitality and professional staff and their facilities. What has changed are the rooms, the air conditioning wasn't functioning well during the first night of my stay, (I stayed for 2 nights), on the first day, some maintenance staff came in and repaired the air conditioning but it didn't seem to do much as throughout the night, the room remained the same temperature throughout and we switched it to the coldest temperature and highest fan speed. Subsequently, we switched rooms and the air conditioning was better but wasn't that good either. In terms of the room amenities, toilet beds and others were fine. The air conditioning was the main issue which affected the comfort of the stay the most. Nonetheless, the hospitality has remained top notch through the years!
