I have stayed in hotel boss for more than five occasions. It’s a nice Budget hotel which is worth for the price you pay. Rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Staff is also welcoming. Location is extremely convenient is you have two MRT stations nearby and it’s walking distance on Little India, Chinatown and Arab street.

The hotel gave us a highest floor facing the city . View is nice. Many thanks to hotel as we specially requested. And check in and out was fast. Need to improve in the room cleaning services. No towels and floor mat were issued despite we stayed 2 nights. Had to call reception for it.

Yes, the rooms are small but given it’s a bit of an economical hotel, one can’t expect much. The rooms are maintained very well and the front desk staff are great too. The staff at their restaurant are terrible. One lady spoke to me so rudely and did not hesitate to yell at me for no reason whatsoever. I had just asked her if I can pay for the milk available in the buffet as a takeaway for my mom, and she literally went off. This was probably my first time staying in an economy hotel abroad and I clearly know the massive difference and comfort in spending some the extra bucks.

Rooms are small. Just enough for a good night's rest. You have to spend the day outside.
