Only 4 of us because of COVID restrictions. You'd have thought you'd get more of a personal touch but the instructor was too busy getting The Zoom session right rather than check on the people in the studio. I'll go back sometime next year when things are 'normal'

I love this studio! It’s so friendly, welcoming and clean. The classes are great, the instructors assist you when needed and they show different variations to poses so it’s suitable for all levels. If you feel you are getting too hot or a bit dizzy, you can take a breather and lie down. The heat makes me feel detoxed and I always leave feeling completely relaxed.

Lovely environment and owners are welcoming, considerate and knowledgable. Iv done my first month and am continuing, and having visited other hot yoga classes in Leamington find these tutors far better and the studio far superior. I would, and do, recommend this studio often.
