Horwood Homewares Ltd – Stellar, Judge Kitchenware bristol

We bought a judge non-stick table grill and when we opened it up a rubber foot was missing. I emailed Judge and got a fast reply that one would be sent. It arrived promptly so very happy. Also impressed with the grill.

I bought a soft touch egg slicer about 4 months ago and had immediate problems with all the rubber feet falling off during washing. I wrote to Stellar who did a speedy job of replacing the whole slicer. Thanks Rachel, very happy customer again.

Very pleased with the service, had issues with pan after two years of use. And had it sorted with no problem at all (which is very uncommon now) Now awaiting for new replacement. Thank you very much

Brilliant customer service once again. No quibble over the replacement of my 7 year old frying pan with impaired non-stick coating as a good will gesture, even though it wasn't a warranty issue. A faulty milkpan in the same range was replaced last year without hesitation. The team are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to use the pans and have such reliable after sales service.

Had my judge pan a good few years. I was mortified when my handle came off. Judge sent me a handle but I explained it had broken at the weld. They immediately with no fuss agreed to send me a replacement,this is an exceptional service I will never buy another manufacturer of kitchenware...judge every time ..thank you

The service I have received from this company has been nothing short of first class. When everyone else is using the pandemic as a reason to give poor service, Horwood have been superb. Whatever you are paying Louis is definitely not enough! What a star! I’ve just received exemplary customer service from him in regards to problems I had with two non-stick Stellar Rocktanium frying pans. He responded promptly to my initial email, and after requesting a few bits of information and photographs, I got a very detailed response with lots of helpful information and two replacement frying pans delivered almost immediately. This sounds really odd but it was almost a pleasure having this problem and getting it dealt with! We need more people like Louis in the world.

Exceptional service. Our ten year old Stellar teapot began to leak at the spout, and when Horwood were told about it they asked for a photo of it, and then sent a brand new replacement by return of post. I cannot rate this service as highly as I would like, 10 stars out of 5 would be more honest.
