I am putting in a major complaint,i rang on Tuesday morning for a call back from the doctor. Only the receptionist called me back, asking about my condition and can't sign sick notes. She said a doctor would call me, since i haven't had no call back. I have been ringing and constantly your line is busy, everytime i get down to be the first caller,i get cut off. This has happened twice. Disgusting!!!

Rang a full day last week engaged tone all day following day took till lunch time to get in que 25 min to get to caller 1 for the line to then go dead after it happened 3 X in 2 hours I had to go to the surgery to complain and get my husband's heart tablets sorted as they needed a review due to increased dose the receptionist spoke over the intercom ... Her reply was you can't just turn up at the surgery you have to phone🙈 you can imagine my reply🙄 This happens regular . But once you get past the receptionist the GPS Are really good.

On a positive note, most of the doctors i have seen here have been delightful and very kind and chatty. However, the phone lines are abysmal, i have called over a hundred times in the past two days and got through once and was HUNG UP ON! I’m on anti depressants and need to order a repeat prescription because i’m moving house. if you can avoid going here then do.
