If this place is not the worst it’s well in with the top ones, did e consult they didn’t even get back to me, got an appointment at 9.00, 9.45 still waiting, talk about hiding behind covid, even when lockdown finished they didn’t go back to normal, still hid behind covid and ran wit reduced numbers, trying to get an appt don’t bother trying, it’s a joke of a place

Absolutely awful experience cant speak face to face with a GP virtually impossible my phone signal isn't great tried to ring me whilst in the GP surgery with little one went straight to answer machine !!! Asked if I could speak to them quickly since I was in the same building wouldn't what followed was several missed calls since my phone signal is poor and me getting increasingly frustrated with the poor service I was receiving their also useless at issuing doctors notes don't leave it last minute their 2 working days turn around for these is nonsense both times it has taking me chasing them and badgering them to get both on each occasion taking a week!!! Would of moved but their all as bad as each other around here all I can keep doing is filing a complaint about the surgery to the NHS complaint system so far I have registered 2 in the hope they get better.

Worst surgery I've ever been with, cant order my daughter repeat perscription, she and I ended up in hospital because they wouldn't answer there phones and give up appointments, they answer (lucky to get through) and get you off the phone as fast as possible, hate this place

This surgery is a joke. Tried to get to speak to doctor about my mental health not the easiest task these days. When I did eventually get to speak to a doctor. My anxiety started up and I started having a panic attack, to which the doctor replied we will leave it there for now. Didnt even have enough compassion to try and calm me down just wanted to get me off the phone.. its no wonder lots of people take their own lives when you get treated like that by a doctor
