Always a pleasure to go into Honey Pharmacy..staff are usually very friendly and respectful until yday afternoon when i was treated with absolute disdain.. being utterly embarrassed and shocked by the attitude of the staff, totally uncalled for behaviour as I am always civil and polite with all the staff at Honey...so sad that the 3 in question let the rest of a good team down.

Ive been coming to the pharmacy for years and it has recently changed ownership. I must say the look of the store inside was excellent. It nice to have a clean and open pharmacy. Also I was met with friendly staff and I was given a great service.

Absolutely awful service. Not ONCE, NOT ONCE can they find my prescription. All the negative reviews are correct. High standards? seriously. It is true Honey was poor but these new guys do not have a clue. It is like all the kids working in this place are on work experience. Also, waiting times are shocking. Especially when standing in the cold. Get your act together. No more excuses. I off to the pharmacy down the road. .

Allways had great service from this pharmacy, unfortunately was left waiting for medication to be delivered as they were understaffed, if they had let me know it wasnt being delivered for a few days instead of telling me it was being put in as a priority delivery,I would have arranged to have it picked up as I was so I'll.still mistakes happen.hope I continue to have the great service I've had in the past

They are always very friendly and helpful. If they don't have the stock in that day they usually get it delivered by the next day. They are a good bunch of people.
