After a couple of terrible experiences with other letting companies, costing a small fortune, I turned to Homebuyers. (I'd not make that mistake again.) The staff at Homebuyers, Pudsey are amazing. From first contact, they were proffesional but friendly and accommodating. They but ever effort into finding a suitable tenant and the level of service has not faultered since. I cant recommend or thank them, highly enough.

We had a pretty appalling experience with home buyers trying to purchase our first home. We had to constantly chase everything and received zero updates. They always promised to call back once they’d got any news on what was happening and not once did they phone us (other than the first phone call to say our offer had been accepted!). We were kept completely in the dark and were given false information on several occasions. We had called them to say we were ready to go and waiting for news on a suitable exchange date from the seller. When chasing this up later they told us the seller had informed them they were ready to go but they were reading out the message we had left!! The sellers were nowhere near ‘ready to go’. We spoke to a different person every day, there was no continuity, no one seemed to have a clue what was going on. Eventually after 5 months with ZERO movement on our house purchase thanks to lack of communication between the seller and homebuyers we’ve pulled out, to find the property back on the market just 4 weeks later! We were told the seller had lost their house purchase and been declined a mortgage! I would not trust this company, it felt like they hadn’t been honest with us as it took months to let us know the change in sellers position, they lacked organisation and we’ve wasted a lot of time and money. We’re in the process of purchasing a different property now and our experience with their estate agents just highlights how poor homebuyers were, now we are actually kept updated, our spokesperson from the estate agent knows who we are when we call, we have a direct point of contact and we’ve had no chasing to do so far. Emailing home buyers is pointless as you’d just get ‘out of office’ automatic replies, calling them was arguably worse as you’re promised a call back which is never returned. Could not be more disappointed!

The best estate agents by far I have ever met. Real value for money. Best service I ever had. During all my tenancy , there were no problems whatsoever , when I have had any issue, they have sorted it out straight away, no hassle, no stress just simply and quickly. The staff are superb, lovely and helpful. I recommend Homebuyers 100%.

A friendly and helpful staff who took the rather complex needs of my family thoroughly into account and communicated regularly with me on the progress of the sale, resulting in a relatively stress-free purchase.
