Huge selection of DIY products and home and garden products available here. Staff were very helpful and friendly and offered assistance straight away. Massive sale and reduction section too with great deals on some products.

I get the feeling they’ll be closed down soon. Staff rude and unhelpful, service lacklustre, staff dilly dallying around and not doing much, shelves empty and prices not competitive

since the well stocked and popular B and q store sadly closed in Oxford we have been impelled to use the much smaller Homebase store in Cowley Oxford. I have been a good customer and was shocked to be treated rudely by the new and inexperienced manager. He refused to sell me a xmas tree with the stand even though it was displayed as one complete unit. He was unhelpful when I enquired as to where I could buy the stands that were on display. . We also wanted some new kitchen units and worktop and no one would assist us instead we were ridiculed by the manager FOR REQUESTING AN XMAS TREE STAND...So we left very angry and stressed

Fabulous staff at this cowley homebase. Smiley cheerful and always there to help. Shared a hilarious chat with cheerful DAVID as he mixed up some paint. Very cheerful patient and informative. Tbh all the staff seem lovely here. Thumbs up

Last month visited 3 times during the week on separate occasions for a simple OSB board. Empty shelf, not in stock, ended up making my trip to Wickes.

Very interesting DIY store. You will buy everything even a Christmas tree. Recommend.

A spacious car park, well organised and well stocked shop. Supportive and helping shop workers. The gardening section is huge, a lot of options to choose from. Pots, plants, equipments, fertilizers- one of the biggest i saw in oxford. Overall a good in store experience. It has an amazon locker located inside.

As what you need for DIY and garden

Slightly disorganised, staff didn't know where to find items. Could have been an off day, they're usually better.

Absolutely appalling service and very unhelpful staff. A couple of female staff I came across seemed to both have big attitude and no manners.
