Store has pretty much everything you could expect in this type of business. Also does key cutting for very reasonable prices.

I go here regularly for key cutting and would never go anywhere else because the service is excellent and it is the best value I've found (I tried a lot of places until I found this awesome shop!) The keys I've had cut always work. Excellent stock of items for anything you might need for odd jobs etc around the home too. It is also very handy to be able to park right outside using the loading bays free of charge.

Went there this morning to get keys cut, and there was a post it note saying "back in 15 mins". Really needed the keys, so hung around for 20+ mins in a nearby cafe. Still not open when I went back. Hung around a bit longer, and eventually gave up. Very annoying waste of my time.

Got a couple of sets keys cut. They all work really well, it was done really quickly and for a good price.

This place saved my life! Key broke off in lock, I ran over right before closing and got a new one, works great, in ten minutes.

I paid £13 for 3 keys 2 small ones for £6 and one big one for £7 the guy made the key but it wouldn't fit so I went back again and he made another one and it still never worked so I asked for refund it was supposed to be 7 pound but the guy said he charged me £5 so he gave my £5. I'm definitely never going back there and I hope none of you go there his scamming people.

Following the reply from the owner to my first review, most professional businesses would be sorry to read that they had unhappy customers and would say that in their response, as you can see, no such a reply here. So, I shall leave viewers of these reviews to decide themselves as to which comments are more realistic and truthful.

Horrific experience. Asked for a lock for an internal door, gave measurement as shops instructions and was told it would fit. It did not fit so, I took it back and was refused a refund. Very aggressive man on the counter saying that it was my door that was faulty (even though the lock I had was fine - rented property changing locks due to previous tenants). I asked for an alternative product and was refused that as well. The reason it did not fit was because the lock sold to me was made of cheap materials and thinner than the original one in the door, which was only able to be determined when the lock was in the door (not whilst it was still in the packaging). Avoid this place at all costs, terrible, terrible customer service, extremely rude and uncooperative. If I could give zero stars I would.
