I don't know what is is with doctors, but they are a very mixed bag. Particularly in this practice, you get some who are kind, respectable, helpful and treat you with respect. And then the majority are rude, condescending and have no people skills. Honestly, these people seriously need to adjust their attitude or choose another profession. But that being said thank you to the minority of great doctors who take pride in their work and love helping patients (mostly junior doctors).

Useless!! I have been trying to arrange an appointment for over a week!! I cant get one or an emergency appointment!!! Last time i ended up walking into hospital for a small course of anti biotics but had to wait hours on end and then the hospital GP was annoyed for wasting her time for anti biotics! if i die then it holmside medical groups fault as i CAN NOT BE SEEN ever - worst GP in the UK

I had ever seen the worst GP in the UK because there's the staff disrespectable they are a horrible including the doctor I had an appointment couple of time I been there and I explain to the doctor my situation and she's just like annoying people that's why I don't know how they work how they serve people I will never go there again

Extremely rude phone staff and doctors who dont listen about mental health resulting in suicide attempts due to how they talk to patients

The pre-recorded telephone message is ridiculously too long and on top of that I waited twice for 20 minutes each time on hold only to be cut off without being connected to a member of staff!

Great service by Gail the lady on reception, handled all my questions with ease and was professional throughout. Thanks
