Hollywood Nail and Spa – sunderland

Would never reccomend anyone to go here, went today there was 2 people in with me with only 2 staff, they rushed all of my nails, also were very rough when they were using the file, making it very painful, also very bad customer service, also when my nails were drying, one of the staff members a boy was standing squeezing his spots in the mirror, and then picked his nose, he had snots all over his hands and then went and touched my hands, very unhygienic, made me feel sick, as he never washed his hands, will never return back to this salon, the finish on my nails are terrible, they aren’t levelled out properly and the colour isn’t on properly! Absolutely disgusting!

Absolutely awful, took nearly two hours to do my nails, the man kept cutting my fingers with the buffer which really hurt and was painful for days after, left the shop with a massive chunk missing from the nail varnish so went back and was hardly improved as i still had marks on my nails. Didn't even have them on for a full week and one nail has begin to crack and is falling off. Will never return

Came here with two of my friends they made of my friends nails bleed cos they filed and cut down to low, being very rough and had a horrible attitude towards her when she felt ill and had to stand outside. They messed up my other friends nails, rushed them and when asked them to be removed got really angry, shouting and slamming hands down the tables and demanded she still payed fully for it all. Defo would not recommend to anyone.

Not great at all! Filed my cuticles till they bled! The finish is terrible not to mention bad customer service

We have visited this shop many times and each time we have very good service. Staff are very friendly. Always feel welcomed. The best nail bar in Sunderland by far. My nails are always stunning. Many Thanks.

I have been to Hollywood nails a few times since they took over the shop! And I won’t go anywhere else now. They are the most welcoming lovely people and they are so good at Nails I’ve been extremely happy each time I’ve visited. I would highly recommend. Thankyou 👌🏻♥️

Got a set of acrylic nails done today in the madness they coped very well, great service, very patient when asking for my design and showing them images off my phone. Paid good price for the design I wanted. Very impressed x
