Well presented store, it's pleasantly delightful to come into a store and see everything so tidy and not rummage of clothes. Staff are so friendly, which is always a bonus. Very helpful especially when it can be challenging for myself to shop for christmas presents for my teenage daughters who differ to me in fashion sense!

Went to buy a few Christmas items, but I can't tell you how many times I was asked if I was "Ok" off the same girl!! Everywhere I turned she's there.. I get it, sales staff are there to help, I work in sales myself but Christ Almighty you feel like your being stalked and watched constantly, it's so annoying. I just want to be left alone to look and shop, if I need help I'll ask, there's enough of you wandering around aimlessly. Some of the clothes are really nice but the sizes are ridiculously small for women and other sizes you try on that are larger are too big!

Brilliant service staff member showed me all my options. Very relaxed approach showed what was on offer. Item needed to be ordered in the order was dispatched within the timescale given I was able to collect well within the estimated time.

Daughter got bed shorts, with discount,got to the till and got another £10.00 discount,happy good nice shorts 👌

Excellant service, even though nearer 60 than 50. A young person's clothing shop that caters for both male and female, all with a smile and can do attitude. Makes a change from some Prima Donna outlets that snear and make you feel uncomfortable when disturbing staff gossiping to ask a relevant question re their stock. Whatever the training regime is, it's working at Hollister.
