As a massage therapist myself I highly recommend Liz. She is professional and knowledgeable and truly cares. I attend every few weeks for manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) as I have autoimmune issues and it has changed my life. I am more relaxed and my body generally has less pain and inflammation. The home studio has a lovely vibe and teamed up with her friendly personality I am instantly calmer when I enter the door and much more pain free when I leave at the end.
