Holistic Harmony Beauty Salon cambridge

Absolutely excellent service, probably the best I've been to. Left feeling fantastic but also not like I had to pay the earth for it which is rare these days. Claire is so lovely and talented. A real find this one!

I have been to holistic Harmony twice to get my eyebrows done. The first time round she did a relatively good job. when it came to paying I asked her if she wanted cash or card and she said she would take card (12£). The second time I went to her, I called and she said the latest she could do was between 5 and 5:15 pm , so I had to rush to be there at 5:05pm. When I arrived, she was not there, and I had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for her to come which was ok because I have been told that she had to go to the pharmacy for something important. When she came, not only she hasn't appologised, she did my eyebrows in litteraly 2 minutes completly rushed and when it came to paying she said in a very annoyed and blaming tone" usually I would never accept the card for only 12£ because I will have to pay a fee but now that it's late I will do it" . I have't said anything but I felt that it was really unfair to speak to me this way, when first , she took the card before for the same amount of money and that's why I didn't bring cash with me, and second when "it's late " because she was the one who was late and not me.

I must say in all fairness that this place it is one of the best I've ever been so far, Claire is such a professional, magic comes out of her hands. So for that, hat off! Lovely place, heated massage table, very clean place, toilet facility to use, nice ambient with music, it has just created the perfect atmosphere for receiving the massage that I needed and done just right! Thanks a lot and I will surely come back! 🙏🏽

Claire is honestly the nicest and most talented woman. I loved every minute of being in her sweet shop and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Recommend to everyone. xx

Claire was absolutely brilliant doing my waxing - professional, put me at ease, gave great advice and did a great job. I highly recommend her, and the salon is lovely!
