Holiday Inn Manchester – Central Park manchester

1) check in, staff made me feel welcome and was happy to take any questions I asked. 2) bar staff, were exceptionally helpful and professional and made me aware of all the days offers and recommendations. The food was really nice aswell considering most holiday inns I’ve stayed in set the bar quite low this completely raised the bar. 3) the room what you pay for is what you get but everything was spotless. Overall the hotel is a credit to the holiday inn name and would stay here again for work and pleasure. PS the breakfast was lush

Nice staff and clean tidy rooms. One night stay which was very comfortable. Nice change from other hotels, will definately be back.

Great rooms and decor. I like the added extras like an ironing board and iron in the room. Plus a fridge for keeping my food in.

I stay in this hotel for work when I visit our HQ. Is a nice clean hotel you k ow what your going to get staying in a multi national chain. Bar prices expensive but I suppose all hotels are. Comfy beds and pillows.

I have enjoyed stay there. Very good breakfast. Big choice. Fast internet. What else ?

Probably the worst Holiday Inn I've stayed in. It even beats Norwich for how bad it is. Usually, the staff help to make a shoddy hotel that little bit better. Not in this case. The whole hotel is tatty and in desperate need of an update. I'm not sure the lift will last much longer, it rattled and banged so much. When I went down for breakfast, the lady checking me in argued with me because she didn't believe I had paid (I had), and even went to check at reception, despite me showing her the receipt. The whole Holiday Inn experience is becoming a let down and Manchester is the biggest let down of all.

The hotel appears to practice a discriminatory policy - a young family with small children had a stay booked when their home was deemed unsafe from faulty electrics. The hotel categorised them as 'council' and refused them a room. The Village Hotel in Bury provided the room instead.

Bedrooms are tired and dated however the lounge/dining area has been updated and very nice, clean and space. Staff polite and helpful One issue not yet resolved, was charged for my loyality drink, will be following up with hotel
