Staff is really wonderful . The hotel, however, should really invest in upgrading all rooms. I had to change my first room because the smell was absolutely disgusting and the carpet was soiled in who knows what. It's not just that the rooms are dated, but I felt uncomfortable touching anything in there. The doors are falling apart, my shower handle literally fell apart as I was trying to shower and revealed rust. The carpets are filthy - tons of stains, no matter which room you get. The elevators take forever to move. Location is great if you need to be beside the airport and the shuttle is regular enough with a posted schedule. My hope is that the poor staff is rescued by head office making some serious renovations. I woke up this morning feeling very dirty.

It's my hotel of choice when I have an early morning flight. Restaurant is reliable, staff are friendly and helpful. If possible use public transport as it's free and reasonably fast. Otherwise let reception organise a taxi. Its cheaper than a self booking and much faster than the hotel buses.

Horrible customer service. Please note that a 1 room isn't for a couple or anything like around the world. It is literal in the sense that only 1 person is allowed in the room. You have to order separate double beds for 2 people if you want to stay in the room with your spouse, which is more money. They have no queens or king size beds. They charge you lots of money to upgrade and do not offer any helpful / reasonable options. Just another way of taking your money and not giving a damn to accommodate anyone. Their definitions vary simply to help themselves only and to keep customers in a bind. Not welcoming to tourists at all. Just double check your booking because they will not help you.

Came down to London to see the lion King, we had a overnight stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. We had a evening meal which was nice, but check your bill for service charge. For breakfast there was lots of choice. Great place for a over night stay.

The room was tiny for the price paid. The bathroom was very old and looked tired. We checked in late at night as our flight was delayed and the check-in staff told us we don't have any breakfast under our advance booking though I had booked with the breakfast option. When I asked about breakfast timings, the staff told us we will have to pay for the breakfast in the morning should we decide to eat in. I then showed her my email confirmation and then she rechecked and said yeah, we did book with breakfast. The breakfast spread was limited to western and didn't have much option for a veg or any halal warm dish. Wouldn't stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel for several weeks. Excellent rooms, beds, bar and restaurant. Very reasonably priced for location.

Not a good experience arrived to reception to be informed I had been transferred to another Holiday Inn without any prior communication..IHG need to follow up this poor customer service as staff are not aware what the reason for changes.

No onsite parking was a bit let down, otherwise we always love to stay in Holiday inn wherever we go.
