Holiday Inn London – Brentford Lock london

Quite pleasant to stay at. Staff were friendly except for the breakfast wait staff who couldn't or wouldn't speak, not English or any other language. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly though. There is no ice machine on the first floor, contrary to the signs, but reception made up for me having to wander, by giving me a big bucket of ice from the bar. So happy about that.

It was a wonderful experience i have stayed there for 2 nights with my friends. The food was delightful. Will certainly recommend for everyone. Receptionist Govinda was very helpful with my check in and made my stay very easy! Will definitely come back.

We as a team had meeting there for consecutive 3 days. The conference room was well maintained and food was nice. We had breakfast tea coffee with some canapes. Lunch was good with veg and non veg options. And again evening snacks. The hospitality was overwhelming. We had sometimes coffee machine issue but that used to get solved whenever we told them. Yes so in total great experience

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding reception here in August, and it was a fantastic day. Their wedding reception packages are excellent value, especially for a London hotel in the summer. Everyone had a fantastic day and we had many guests telling us how much they'd enjoyed the location and the food. There were a few minor glitches that didn't impact too much on the day, but we have provided some constructive criticism to the staff and they have responded positively. We are very happy with the hotel and would highly recommend it for a wedding venue.

The Hotel is fine. Rooms a bit old fashioned. Take away breakfast doesn't work well

This was my second stay in the hotel. One of the bathroom towels had a hair ball in it, it is absolutely disgusting. Clearly a thing that people should check BEFORE putting them in the rooms. My friend is disabled and while driving me to the hotel wanted to park the car in the disabled bay, which wasn't free, BOTH of the disabled bays were occupied by cars without blue badges, when asked the reception to do something about it, they ignored us. The cars were there hours after we were ready to leave! So if you're disabled, pretty much - don't go there! Your issues doesn't matter. Around midnight the same night some people from the hotel staff, decide it's the best time to shout and argue in loud voices just under my room window, preventing anyone from sleeping for about an hour and last but not least, at 4 AM there were loud bangs on the door opposite of mine then shout for someone to open the door. From the loud conversation became clear that the person doesn't have any identification on himself he didn't had card key for any room, but he was not only allowed to roam around the hotel, he was allowed to go bang on doors and shout!!! Definitely not going to stay there again. TL;DR: Bad hygiene, no respect for people with disabilities, no security, no consideration from the staff. Definitely not going to stay there again.

We had a wonderful weekend break here. The room was very clean and spacious. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The parking is extremely good. The breakfast is definitely to be recommended. The location is very picturesque and nice to explore

The staff here are just amazing. We asked for an early check-in for 3 rooms as we had to get ready for a wedding. The manager couldn't have been more helpful. We returned at the required time and we all got our rooms 3 hours early, Camila (Cami) was so brilliant and checked us all in very quickly and she was very helpful with information about the area and taxis. The hotel itself is clean and modern and all our rooms are very comfortable. They have everything you need including a mini fridge and a good supply of tea and coffee. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you x

I stayed here for 3 nights for an event last weekend. The food was of a high standard. The staff were exceptional! They made a mistake with my car parking and apologised and removed from the bill without me needing to prompt. Whilst the event was organised by an outside company the staff still payed a huge level of attention to the service that was being provided for all guests. The venue was lovely and set on the river. The event room had surround windows to enjoy the view of the lock. I work and train customer service and its the little things that make the difference. The staff here genuinely wanted their hotel experience to be the very best and it shone through.

Friendly check in. Room a decent size with 2 double beds with very comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows . Room clean and fresh looking Better than average hanging space & drawers if you are staying more than one night. Bath plus overhead shower - clean & no issues. Small fridge in room which us useful. Breakfast was good Hot dishes under covers plus usual fresh fruit, cold meat& cheese, cereals etc ., Only complaint is overnight parking of £14 which soon adds up if you are staying a few nights. Would stay here afain
