Rooms are small, make sure you get the correct bed size as they seem to want move you if your not satisfied. Nice really hot water really hot. Great breakfasts. Rooms are nice and clean.

Great hotel in a convenient location. My room was immaculate. The breakfast was superb too with plenty of choice. I'd definitely stay here again.

A great hotel modern clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is outstanding plenty of choice and self service too. Dining at night is great too. I've stayed many times and will return. However twice now I have not been given a twin room...they upgraded me to an executive room which is great but the 2nd person sleeps on a sofa bed which is not ideal. I asked for an early check in but got told to come back at 3pm...as an IHG Gold Elite member I was not impressed

Location is perfect. However the size of rooms is too small. If u book suite, be prepared to carry your stuff one floor as lift goes till fourth floor.

Rooms are dirty, shower does not function properly, heating did not work at all and rooms were absolutely freezing. Maybe there is an excuse for the room being cold in December but there is NO excuse for paying good money and staying in a dirty room. Disgusting! Not recommended

Lovely and clean. Good selection for breakfast. Ideally situated for shopping. Very reasonable prices

Great place to stay. Parking just opposite in a car park for £8 a day. Very central . Beds comfy. Powerful shower , breakfast lots of choices

Receptionist was really helpful. We arrived early so I wasn't expecting room to be ready and we went and waited in the bar. She kept coming over with updates for us and was generally brilliant! Nice room and for a city centre hotel it isn't too noisy. Would definitely stay again
