A great value hotel in a good location. Staff couldn't be more helpful and they sorted our problems out quickly and efficiently. Breakfast is good and room was clean. I always sleep with a low light on so was delighted to find a switch for a blue light in the bathroom at night.

Lovely hotel, well placed with very easy convenient parking and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Peek in Gellatly Road car park, level 3, and you are a very short walk from reception which is on the 1st floor of the hotel, same level as the car park 3rd level. We got the space next to the hotel entrance, a few seconds walk. Reception has a view of the Tay bridge and the hotel is across the road from the V&A & Discovery with Dundee's train station just beyond those. Either side and behind the hotel are bars & restaurants with the shopping areas just beyond, all a short walk away. The rooms are clean & tidy, we had 2 nights here in 2 different rooms. Got back to our room at 9pm and the toilet was constantly filling/emptying. Phoned reception and in no time at all we were in another room. Which leads me on to the best part of the hotel, the staff. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very helpful. They helped make a lovely long weekend in Dundee. Thoroughly deserve 5*.
