All the staff and management were very helpful especially during these restrictions. They put my mind at ease and were able to accommodate me and my family at the very last minute. Ben was absolutely fantastic, great customer service and very professional ensuring we were comfortable and took care of any last minute request. Highly recommend Holiday Inn, Filton! Thank you so much for everything.

5/ 5

My experience here has always been good, I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the years for both personal and business trips. Their staff are always polite and professional, even when facing down hordes "Karens". The rooms are a little dated in parts of the hotel, but they are always clean and presentable. I know I will definitely be staying here again in future Tl;dr: great hotel, brilliant staff.

Sadly we have had our wedding reception cancelled by this venue but that doesn't take away from the level of service and professionalism we experienced from the staff (in particular Margaret) during the planning phase and even after it had been cancelled. A well deserved 5 stars as wouldn't and couldn't fault them in anyway.

Room was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. I wouldn't eat there again though, limited menu options and not up to the standards I would expect especially for the price for the food. Overall though, pretty good.

5/ 5

This is an older Holiday Inn property, but well maintained. It sits back away from heavily traffic streets so noise isn't a problem. This is a PERFECT place to stay for travelers who are "self-isolating" under UK rules, since there is a Covid test center based at the hotel. ADDED VALUE... depending on your room location, you may have a view of a small lake behind the building, or, of an open field to the east. Our room faced the field. At evening twilight the wildlife would come out and play. Ducks, rabbits, and occasionally a fox! What lovely entertainment !
