You have to phone them literally 30 times from the moment their line opens, in the vain hope to have one of your phone calls getting through. They make patients wait an hour for their scheduled appointment, with the worst kind of pop music as background noise, but should you be late by so much as one minute, they cancel it. They have been unable to cure my partner's tonsillitis (sent him antibiotics by post a week after he visited them and was sent home with the advice to drink tea). Same for his ear infection, he had to come back there three times for lack of an effective treatment. I could go on for hours but the main message is: I wouldn't recommend this center to anyone.

Been with Dr jay since I was 18 and I'm 44 now. Friendly respectful and he listens to me. My partner was his patient too and when he died on 27th may 2018 he wanted to come to the funeral. And because he knew us such a long time he will sit and let me talk. Other drsI've met have are lovely too and the surgery nurses. I can always get an appointment as I go once a month

Liars ! The receptionists never passed on a message and now are treating me like a drug addict and trying to allow me to speak with Docters. they know I have Anxiety dihorder and used it against me, because a doctor made an error and was too big to own up to it! I am now treated like a criminal by all doctors due to the lies told by those doctors who were trying to hide a mistake. If you can, AVOID THIS SURGERY, THEY ARE THE WORST!

If you want to be ignored, not helped at all with your mental health this is the place to go. The doctors don’t listen when I tell them my medication isn’t working, they know I’m struggling and don’t even make review appointments. They don’t listen when I say It’s getting harder to cope or that my psychiatrist I was assigned to is terrible and they take his advice. I told them my medication doesn’t work and isn’t helping at all, I have been on it for almost a year and their advice is just stick to it and I’ll give you a week supply of an addictive medication and don’t give me any advice or follow up for after that week is finished. The receptionist also, one specifically who likes to say to me “what’s wrong now” she needs to be fired, older woman with a huge attitude problem who makes you feel like you’re a burden.

Pretentious, rude and obstructive. Frankly debated taking back my registration paperwork to go elsewhere after the medical secretary kicked me out to complete the paperwork, then tried as hard as she could not to accept it once I had completed it. Frankly don't waste your time here.

They kept ignoring my phone calls about what turned out to be serious repetitive strain injury. I was ignored for weeks, told to take more pain killers. When I complained about not feeling well, was told that I can get more pills prescribed that would help for pain killers side effects. Just a joke. If I waited for them to help me and didn't go somewhere else privately my injury could've turned into permanent dissability.
