Would Avoid at all cost, They drove my girlfriend to tears. She went in to have her hair dyed and explained what had been done to her hair previously. They then made a mistake and turned her ginger, fair enough we are all human things happen. But when we called up to book AND PAY for another appointment to fix the problem (no haggling for discount just want it fixed) They were incredibly rude and refused to admit there had been a mistake. So not only was their performance below what you'd expect, their customer service is downright disgraceful and they turned away someone willing to pay to have them fix a problem they had caused. Friendly advice to you reading this going forwards, don't go there its not worth the hassle unless you like to pay to be shouted at.

I am very grateful for the kindness and understanding I was shown and not made to feel bad about myself (I have trichotillomania). I will definitely go back, and their products smell amazing! Thank you to the young lady that worked with me and gave me a super new hair-do, really sorry your name popped out of my head.

Great experience here, lovely atmosphere and decor, offered a hot drink straight through the door. Georgina really listened to what I wanted and I ended up with one of the best haircuts I've had to date. Will be returning.
