Cannot recommend Chris and the Hobart Performance team enough. Chris is both approachable and incredibly knowledgeable regarding treatments, sports injury and recovery techniques. Each visit has been friendly, thorough and considered approach, leaving with practical, guided activities to complete at home. Would recommend to anyone from beginners to elite performers in Tasmania.

I visited Chris when in the process of recovering from a glute tendon injury. Chris made a thourough assessment of my injury before my massage. The following day I went for a run as planned and the improvement from my previous run two days beforehand was remarkable. Highly recommended.
