Bought a pair of in ear headphones. There were some on display but this is locked. Took it home and found that it is really difficult to take the frame off the wire (to make more lightweight). Decided to take back following day with receipt only to be told that because the package was open I could not have a refund. Manager said "this is why the have them out". There was no opportunity for me to try them because they were locked behind plastic. She also said that the refund policy was up on the wall (photo attached) but funny enough it is NOT on the receipt and no-one pointed out the sign at time of purchase. You'll see from my pic that there are a lot of things on the wall to distract from seeing the policy. The headphones were £49, so not inexpensive. It felt like they make it as difficult as possible to see the refund policy. Poor experience. I will say that the member of staff who helped the day before was really nice mannered.
