I wasn't sure where i could post or leave a review on the call i have just had about my tax return and rebate so ive posted in a few places. The lady i spoke to this morning was so helpful, friendly and really made me feel everything was being taken care of and i was given all the advise i needed as it was no trouble for her. I wish i could remember her name. She even put a smile on my face and for a monday thats a member of staff you need! Thank you again, i just hope the woman will get to read this message, Naomi.

I phoned the number for a local HMRC and was kept waiting with a great deal of 'filler' for a while.

I phoned the number for a local HMRC and was kept waiting with a great deal of 'filler' for a while. I then found out that the place in question was now actually closed. Nothing was said about this when I rang, and I ask myself if the intention is to make money out of people ringing, whether the service is actually functioning or not? By the way; you have to post a star on this before you are allowed to post this at all.
