I can't describe the service as no words can describe that. Waiting 1 hour over the phone to get served and once you do the question you need to be lucky for the agent to know the answer. If he/she don't know the answer then will hang up on you. Just like that. No pressure guys!

I am waiting for over 4hrs for a response but nobody cares to respond me. When you owe them £0.02 they threat you with courts and jail if you won't pay them back immediately. Despite if they are rightful or not. But if they owe you a lot more they have a lot of time to process it.
