Great hospitality here. Gym facility was top notch. Dinner and breakfast made a lot of sense, with a wide variety of what to choose in the buffet service. Wished though that they had a fridge in the room and air conditioning facilities too. Swimming pool was closed during the Covid19 pandemic and they are not sure if/when they plan to reopen the pool. Also, many hotels are providing car electric charging facilities. One for the Senior management to consider as I understand that a hotel not too far from theirs has this facility. This would be a key consideration for us in choosing where next to stay when in the area. Thanks again for the lovely hosting here. Thumbs up.

Very elegant hotel. Lovely staff (excellent front desk staff). It was very noisy in our room as it faced the main road and car park. Rather basic room considering we were in the Hilton. Lady behind the bar was so accommodating and even ordered a pizza for us although the kitchen was closed. We ate it in the lounge as couldn't warrant paying an extra fiver to have it delivered to our room. The pizza was disappointing; raw veg and very bland. The drinks are extremely pricey! Yes I would stay there again (as long as I have a room in a quieter part of the hotel), but won't eat there again.

Agree with all the reviews, fantastic team, flawed building makes it great for business or travel but not somewhere for a special stay. Stayed 5 nights while moving home, the three night porters, Robert, Anis, Lauren were exceptional all week and made a tough week exceptional. There’s no lift to the top rooms, the rooms are all generously sized, comfortable but they are of their time (80s).

Considering it is covid times, the room was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. We also were given incorrect information about meal times. Aside from that, the hotel stay was fine. Friendly staff with usual facilities available.

Overall, I had a great stay here. Due to Covid this was not as nice as it could have been, but this was not due to the hotel. The wifi was great in my room, a much needed commodity, although it was not great in the meeting room, which was also needed, so a booster there would be great. Food was good, and service was excellent, the staff went above and beyond to help.
