Amazing hotel. Amazing attentive, polite and friendly staff. Went to a concert and stayed the night here. The hotel is beautiful, clean and warm decorated brilliantly for Christmas. The breakfast is great with lots and lots of choice of things to eat. Me and the wife enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Also good value for money. The price of a nights stay is well worth it and the trams/public transport is very close. Thanks for a great night

Modern hotel with well trained staff. Room was well laid out but the bathroom where you look at yourself in the wall mirror naked may not be liked by everyone. Excellent breakfast and acceptable room service menu. Corridors to the bedrooms were quite dark and would not be liked by my wife who likes well lit walkways

Very helpful staff with excellent facilities. I attended for a trade show and awards ceremony, the evening meal provided to over 300 guests was well presented and of good quality. The view from the sky bar across the Manchester skyline is excellent. That said most of the rooms have great views of the area

Brilliant experience. We had booked afternoon tea in Cloud 23. Generous selection of unusual but lovely cakes, ours was themed to Christmas. Quiche was lovely. Tbh I have had better sandwiches but in all it was very good. Presentation was lovely and beverages are unlimited. The infusion tea was delicious.

Nice hotel, good location, booked as a birthday treat, views are some of the best in Manchester, priceI would say is reasonable when you compare it to some others across the country. Enjoyed using the pool & spa, I would stay here again. Just be mindful you will have to pay approx extra £25 for breakfast per person
