Hilton Garden Inn Albany – Albany

A clean, welcoming, and beautiful new hotel. The check-in and check-out experience were fabulous, we even lost our key on a run and the staff were more than accommodating with a replacement. The room was clean and had a perfect view out into Princess Royal Harbour. The reason for the 4 stars was due to the uncomfortable pillows :(

Fantastic New hotel, good service, the staff are so friendly. having dinner in the restaurant tonight will let you know. Just an update and further feedback . The hotel itself is amazing, clean and beautifully presented. The food at the restaurant was divine. We recommend the pork belly and the ribs. Succulent, delicious and care was taken with presentation. As for customer service - this place excels. Whilst we were enjoying a cool drink at the bar on Friday afternoon, there was a large influx of guests that arrived and started to wait to be checked in. Very quickly there was a tray of fresh orange juice being offered to all waiting and apologies for the wait. (I will clarify that the check in crew were working diligently and ensuring each guest was being given the time and all information). Absolutely faultless. Thank you!!!

Great check in if you can find the entrance. Clearer signs should be put up. Excellent interior decor and full amenities. Will stay again.

Well average. Amazing service from all the members. But so many little things frustrated me. I won’t go into too much detail but just be aware if your quite the meticulous type and are sensitive I probably wouldn’t recommend this place for the price of the room PN. Other options available in Albany which offer more convenience.

Very friendly staff made me feel welcome straight away when we checked in. Room was clean. The view from our room was great, too. The hotel is located in such location which is not far away from town and have great ocean view. However they don’t have restaurant service, only small bar bites available. The morning buffet was good. In general, we enjoyed our stay there.
