We stayed for two nights and though on arrival were only offered an option of windowless or air con-less room (seems a recurring issue with Hiltons) the friendly female front desk staff member made sure we could be accommodated comfortably with an upgraded room. The breakfast was great and the pool and spa area a nice addition, with an easy enough booking system so it was never overcrowded.

Great location in central Cardiff, overlooking the castle. Bed was super comfy, sauna, pool and steam room were great. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to all the kitchen staff, who were extremely accommodating to our requests, and were all super nice. Will definitely stay here when I visit cardiff again.

Great location. Really handy & central. Hotel was clean, staff were great and parking was fairly easy . The big disappointment was the bed . It was awful . Probably the worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. Very hard old mattress that creaked as you moved . Pillows had no support , so although all other elements were great , I had a very disturbed nights sleep . If you are booking , make sure you get a room with a comfortable bed . It really lets down the Hilton brand with lack of QA/QC.
