Very nice hotel with views of the river Avon from the back rooms. I stay here for work sometimes. Ideal for the city, its only 5 minutes walk to the Roman baths. Also has a nice selection for breakfast.

Nice hotel in a good location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff, but the bar staff were super rude. Breakfast has a good selection as well. Bedrooms were clean and had no issues. Lovely views from our bedroom.

Great location overlooking the river. 5 minute walk to the Roman Baths and restaurants. Great parking!! This is the first place we stayed on our 10 day vacation that had a/c. That's a big deal as the area is in the middle of a heat wave currently. Room was large, breakfast was great!

Not the best Hilton in the world but we enjoyed our stay. It's very well positioned in the center, close to all attractions. There was no fridge or hair dryer but there's a kettle and a safe. Good restaurant service. We appreciated the opportunity of having a late check out, even if for payment. There was a lot of noicr since the hotel is undergoing some restoration activities on the ground floor, it was impossible to rest in the morning... I think that price is too high for what it offers

I didnt stay, I went to the bar with our friends who were staying there. The only booze were items in a fridge, there was no atmosphere and a tv on loud. Our friends said the hotel was below average and over priced.
