Large car park, we've never had a problem getting a space. Good facilities but we only use the pool regularly. They have a large outside pool, main indoor pool and smaller leisure pool with some fountains and jets etc. There is also a sauna and steam room. Large unisex changing room with lockers that take £1, and give it back :)

I mainly use the gym, equipment is decent. Pricey but you get alot with it like pool facilities and group classes. App is good too. My only complaint is the front desk never answer the phone to me, and I drive down there to find them sitting there and not busy like the automated message tries to claim. This has happened a few times now.

I'm a member here and I think they're great. The reception desk are very helpful and friendly. I joined as a member a few months ago and the pool is very clean and I think great value for money. There are areas which could do with a tidy or upgrade, but it's a local leisure centre.

First time visiting here. I arrived at 11.10am and trying to get a parking space was a nightmare. However, once in I was very impressed. The indoor pool was a good temperature and although there were lots of people about it didn't feel crowded. I had a lovely swim and will definitely go back. It's very near to where I live but I never knew it was there. I've never seen it advertised. The outdoor pool was closed (quite right for the winter) but it looked stunning.

Have been using the swimming pool facility since the summer now, as I'm on school holidays, I thought I'd come for a swim early this morning 840. But the main lane pool was been used by pilots, 8-9am , then a club from 9 till 10 am. That meant that swimmers had to use the other half of the pool, i thought I would try and come for a swim earlier than my normal time, but now that I know that the pool is used by clubs etc, I will come for a swim after 11 am, that way I can use the bigger lane pool . Wish that they would make it clear when other things are going on in the main lane pool, that way people can see for themselves and come swimming at another time. Have noticed some dirt on bottom of the slow lane in the lane pool, wonder when they will clean that up. They also take £1 for the lockers or a Fobs, ( the trolley fobs) which get returned. £3.10 for a lane swim. Car park is big, I've always managed to find a space, 40p for 1 and half hours, is usually fine for me.

Over all its got a lot to offer, But they indoor pool for kids is always soooooo cold for my 4 year old son There is an outdoor, indoor and baby pool. We used to come here for the swimming lessons for my son. However it got to the point where the water was colder than the outdoor or big pool and I wasn't going to pay for a pool that was supposed to be warm. My son would turn blue within 10minutes of him being in the pool. The swimming teachers were awesome, that was that if why we wanted to go there But it got to a point where my son didn't want to go swimming anymore Such a shame as it's a really nice pool.

Excellent sports centre, well managed, spacious and organised. Good service. We had booked a Badminton 🏸 court and it was setup on time and the lighting was brilliant. Definitely will rebook to play again. A big thanks to the fantastic team at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure centre.

Lovely facilities. We went in the swim for all and didn't know there was a class on as s well so we're restricted in the area we could use with my toddler but he enjoyed himself. Baby pool was a tad cold I thought but we had a lovely time and a hot shower when we got out!

Since booking online is a requirement, the better website and App does not work properly, so unable to make the booking. Online chat is not available, phone not being answered. Went to the centre and staff was unhelpful. They gave me a new password and that was that. The Better App is the worst. I have tried everything and although recognises my membership details, would not keep the bookings on the shopping cart to further purchase. I have been trying since March. Disappointed.
