Seen Dr.Gorman for an injection today & first time in the surgery ... no quibble with waiting & customer service was excellent .. Dr.Gorman was fab!!!!! Felt at ease from the word hello .. well done hillhead FP .

After making 134 calls I eventually got through.... No I am not kidding.... One of the positive things about these mobile phones, you can see and count. Speed dial... If I was working that particular day I could not have spend the time on the phone..... But hey you cant get through or you have to hang up as maybe you are unfortunate enough to be at work, tough, you can just die......... One less phone call for them to answer..... As for the receptionists, I could not possibly comment, I would be thrown off this social media app!!!!! Have to say Joan is the only person on that reception who is pleasent. God help you all when she leaves. I am jumping ship, I have had enough of them !!!!

The staff are rude and unhelpful. Despite the fact I was paying for their service it took them approximately 3 weeks to get the form I needed with a lot of resistance from their end. Their response was very petty. The signing date was listed on the form but I had to wait an additional 5 days before I was contacted and they told me it wasn't ready the day after it was signed. This form was necessary for a job. The amount of anxiety and pressure to your mental health for a service you are paying them for is unnecessary and shows a lack of regard to their community. Despite telling me to go elsewhere, the medical secretary flat out told me "I don't know" when I asked where I should take up my request for a doctor to sign the form and provided no help as to where I should go.

Tried over 60 times to get through this morning to speak to a GP. Surprise, surprise, all urgent call backs gone and only routine calls in the afternoon. My daughter is sick today, it can't wait until tomorrow morning. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very poor service from reception staff, rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. Never had a positive experience with any of them. In the end save the hassle and go to a different doctors.
