Wonderful stay, the team made a sole traveller very welcome and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful time and will be back with my husband as soon as possible :) Thank you particularly to Sam and Samantha for making me feel so at home and allowing me to generally "make a nuisance of myself" :) Lucy

My boyfriend booked me in for a spa day for my birthday. The spa was so quiet, peaceful and unlike any other spa I've been to before. Super relaxing, great staff, very attentive from start to finish! Loved it!

Attended a wedding here. The bar was poorly stocked with limited availability & ran out of most drinks by the end of the night. The ladies toilets were a disgrace too. Very poor for what is classed as a high end venue.

5/ 5

We got married at Hillbark Hotel on Friday 28 May 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. The whole team at Hillbark are absolutely amazing. Amanda, Gill, Pete, Craig, Lucy, Claire and all the other staff whose names I unfortunately don’t know. We had to plan our wedding through the pandemic and they couldn’t have been more supportive or helpful. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We wanted to move the sofas and blossom tree and turn the entire ceremony room around and it was “no problem”. We went to the beach at the end of our day and came back filthy. Craig, the owner at Hillbark, cleaned my husband’s shoes and we put the very filthy sandy train of my dress and Gill carried it upstairs for me. We didn’t ask for this and half expected to be told to strip off but as I said, nothing was ever too much! The food at our wedding was just beautiful as was breakfast the next day. Everything was just seamlessly run too. We felt so well looked after. I was invited to view the dinner table before guests were invited in to check I was happy with how it was all set up which I really appreciated - and of course, it was perfect. We were also lucky enough to stay in the beautiful and grand bridal suite. It was beautifully kept, very clean and so comfortable. Anyway, I 100% recommend getting married at Hillbark to any brides and grooms considering it. In fact, we’re getting married there again in 2022. (We had a smaller celebration in 2021 because of the pandemic)
