Sadly a member of my family has passed away due to neglegance.. In my opinion it could have been prevented but it hasnt because we got turned away multiple time by the receptionist. Very unproffesional and un skilled.

Cannot fault this doctors surgery at all. Yes, it can be difficult to get appointments (standard with the NHS), but for genuine emergencies they will always fit you in. Dr Keany in particular is THE kindest, best doctor I have ever had the benefit of seeing.

Do not use this surgery if you expect medication for any form of mental health disability, even when those meds were issued by Adult Mental Health. The doctors of this surgery would rather refuse medication to the mentally disabled than ensure the safety of the mentally disabled. These "doctors" took me, a severly mentally disabled adult off all of his meds without discussion, did not notify Adult Mental Health of this and have left me in the worst situation I've been in over 20 years. If you believe the mentally disabled do not deserve medical care, then this is the surgery for you. If you understand the law, morality or have ever heard of the hippocratic oath, do not use this surgery. If you are mentally disable or have any form of mental health issue, do not use this surgery, that mistake can cost you your life.

Why is it so difficult getting an appointment for someone who works, when phoning up at 8, you're told you can't have an appointment for the afternoon because the afternoon appointments become available at 1:30, whoever invented this unorganised system needs a new job, why would you not want to plan out the day at the very beginning Also 9 times out of 10 you get a cold experience down the phone, only once did I phone up and get a nice receptionist, I can't fault most of the doctors, but the admin staff are another story, and that's the first point of call for a sick patient ...... No wonder why people just skip places like this and go straight to the emergency department or phone 111 and put extra financial strain on a already crippled NHS
