The gym classes are great but the telephone lines are atrocious. Often you can be on hold or ‘in a queue’ (at 7 in the morning on the weekend? Really?) only for the automated voice to tell you no operator could be found and then the line cuts out and you have to go through the whole process again to try and speak to someone. This has actually been like this for years. Please try and fix this.

Swimming school and teachers are good as I'm taking my children here for Swim courses. However the changing room facilities in women&kids area is so worst, people don't even follow common sense, they just "Reserve" the changing room by keeping their belongings and other kids after finishing their classes, they just keep awaiting outside for so long(just by hesitating others belongings are inside the rooms), else at the worst case getting changing in common walk arena within the changing area. How worst is this and even escalated many times to the Reception members, no action has been taken care and could see how people are enforcing wrong rules without commonsense and premises doesn't care about it!!! If someone take care of these kind of policies from management, would highly appreciated and wish to keep the premises well maintained policies!!!

Have been going there for our 5 yr old's swimming lessons. Great viewing area for the swimming pool if you want to watch your star in action :) Would recommend sitting at the far end which is closer to the smaller of the 2 pools. Photography/filming is not allowed !!

Worst gym in uk. If I could give zero stars I would. My bag was stolen from the dry side lockers, management done nothing to help. Car keys were in bag but thank God vehicle wasn’t stolen costing me £900 to get keys cut. Wasn’t offered any compensation. Very bad experience. Beware of changing rooms

2/ 5

For those with prams or wheelchairs and wanting to go to the viewing gallery to watch your kids swimming lessons, please note that currently the main lift is broken (the secondary lift only goes up to the changing rooms but not the viewing gallery). Reception staff are friendly and offered to help carry it up but this is not always convenient and requires coming back down after dropping off my kid to swimming lesson and may involve waiting around depending on how busy they are. The lift has been broken for a month now (possibly longer as I only joined a month ago). I have not been given any expected fix dates yet. Very disappointed and surprised that such basic facilities can be down for so long without any indication of a fix date.

Staff friendly, the changing rooms are need an update but i wouldn’t call them dirty. I only go there for a swim and it is maintained at a very high standard. The pool was clean & a good temperature. For £4 a swim, it’s fairly well priced considering some private places have quoted £10-15 a swim.

The facilities are a bit dated, and the water was a tad cold. Not what we were expecting, but we managed to have a good time. For future swimming/ water activity we will look for someting more of an avtivity centre (with slides and such). A bit curious to how a woman at one point managed to walse into the men's changing room. Don't want to re-visit.
