Fine for what it is - but this is NOT a spa. Not meant for relaxation. It's like a tanning studio but instead of tanning beds they have saunas. Totally fine but just don't think you'll be sipping champagne in a robe listening to ocean waves.

Terrible experience over the course of two months!!! I ordered a mat it never arrived. Asked about it weeks later, NO RESPONSE. Asked for a refund and never heard back. I reaching out via email/customer support/even calling their store locations & trying them on Instagram. Nothing worked. The item finally arrived 2.5 months late without notice and I never received a refund only a $50 credit. This place is a SCAM and not to be trusted.
