Higher Bebington Sub Post Office liverpool

Always great service and still has that traditional Post Office feel,it has an ATM point outside which is ideal if your kids go to Higher Bebington junior and you need to get cash on the way.

This PO is not open at 7am as shown! I went at 8am and was told to come back at 9 because it was full of school children! Please correct the information on this site.

The guys and girls at this Sub Post Office and Edwards store are always so friendly,helpful and chirpy - it is a pleasure to visit .They are a credit to the owner and during a time of Covid they provide an excellent service. Thank you🌞

Staff only operating one post office counter despite multiple staff, huge queue and slow flow. No member of staff outside to keep things flowing and to keep queue informed. In queue so long my phone died, and then staff refused to release my item because I couldn't access my tracking number, despite having my passport and driving license on me.

Very disappointed with the staff behind the post office counter, all other staff are very polite and very hard working, but the lady behind the post office counter, needs to improve her people's skill and needs to retrain, or she needs to leave her position, as it seems she does not enjoy her job role.

5 stars i wish there were ten stars all the staff in shop n post office are outstandingly amazing its a pity dacre hill post office cant take a leaf out of there book ive made so many friends in this establishment i actually look forward to visiting here thank you kev n angie merry xmas xx
