This is the second time i have purchased from Early Doors so don’t think it is a scam - the first time about 9 months ago was fine but i have also just recently placed an order for just over £1,300 for doors and have a similar story too in that I paid via PayPal everything went through fine and confirmation was sent, have tried calling, emailing ever since but can’t get a response. A PayPal refund was issued but has subsequently been unsuccessful…..It does seem this company has big issues and may have gone under…AGREE WITH BELOW I WOULDN’T PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY ONLINE.

Although the website appears like it is ready for business, I think this company has either ceased trading or is just a scam. I placed an order for £1300 worth of internal doors via the website, and paid using Paypal. The auto confirmation said I would be contacted within 48hrs, but a week later my emails and phone calls went unanswered. I then recieved a message from Paypal a week later saying that the company could not fulfil the order and would refund me. The refund did not go through and I have had to raise a dispute with Paypal and will probably need to take the company to small claims tribunal. For 3 weeks this company has NEVER responded to my emails or answered the telephone number on it's website. DO NOT PLACE ANY ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY!
