Five stars for the lovely receptionists working today 3rd Sept incredibly helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for her

My daughter has been hospitalised twice this past week. When she tried to see a Dr after the first discharge as her symptoms had worsened again she was seen by a Nurse Practitioner and given prescription for liquid paracetamol . Within 24 hours we were calling 999 and she was hospitalised. If she had been seen by a Dr. I believe she should have been readmitted to hospital earlier. Today she has returned again to seek medical advice; travelled to another part of the city to be seen by...a Nurse. Being seen by a GP in an emergency does not seem to happen here and this seems very risky practice. Yes Nurses are qualified but are not Doctors. I am very disappointed by my daughter's medical attention which has proven to be inadequate and risky.

Awful opening times. Not open weekends, half day every Wednesday and Friday and closed for 2 hours every lunch. Put some effort in!

Really bad

Absolute joke. Been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks and all you get is "call back at 8am", then when you call in the morning it's so busy you can't get through and you are told to hang up and call again later. When you do get through later you're told to call back at 8am. Portsdown group you really need to get your act together.

They have no information for a website I don’t even know when they open has they don’t display it, this medical establishment shows a lack of management and professionalism that’s expected to provide quality healthcare.

Used to be a good local surgery. Now its atrocious as it's been taken over by the portsdown group. I'm often re routed to cosham or crookhorn. Hence this is no longer a local surgery but a poor shadow of what it used to be.

Fast Response times , but very poor customer service. The lady couldn’t take a nice compliment and decided to ignore it which was rude. Her attitude towards solving what I needed was very aggressive and unhelpful. Kept referring me to another number as she wasn’t able to help me. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and displeasured by that lady! Was not professional.

This Surgery is joke. I've called to make a appointment lady said call tomorrow morning. Called next day morning for options 2 apparently it's busy the phone keep hanging up. Lady was on the phone didn't wanna help or give advice all she's trying to do is hang up
