Hertz – Yeading B&Q london

3rd October 2019 7.30 was helped by a lovely lovely lady Jojo Taylor she definitely deserves 5 stars for her exceptional service . Amazing customer service and really went that extra mile to help me . Typical B & Q. Everything you need for all DIY and likely to satisfy the tradesmen too. Plenty of easy parking. Wheelchair accessible. Is also on an estate boasting a large B & M...a Starbucks and a Burger King. Has a garden section too. It is a big store.

This is the WORST B&Q EVER!!! Please hire competent employees, that can adhere to basic life skills such as listening, communicating and problem solving to help customers, its not hard! But it is hard if you employ thickos!

Very poor customer service, staff is very rude.. Phone and store manners are poor.. B & q need to provide better quality of customer service.. Or change management as this is really poor service coming from staff..

Terrible "customer service" in Hayes branch this evening. Anne-Marie on the Returns desk was lazy, sullen, obstructive and lacking in product knowledge. Fifteen minutes for a simple faulty-product swap, and I had to collect the replacement from the other end of the store myself, then watch her try and fail to dismantle it so that I could have only the part I needed rather than the whole thing (which was rendered unsellable anyway). So rude.

Friendly and enough staff to help you .

A standard B&Q..

I try my best not to visit this store, the staffs are stuck up almost as if they are forced to work and unhelpful. But I must say the Acton branch is so much better you ask for help and its there. I don't know if this is a Hayes / Southall thing every one's got an attitude. The management should look it to this, I am sure there lots of good people looking for work.

Very helpful staff in the returns dept. Didn't have a receipt to replace a faulty item. However they chased up the purchase time and date of the item on their electronic system and provided a credit note. Excellent customer service.

Good prices but staff not very helpful at all. This is the Yeading branch.
